Basic ghostery extension integration #2

This is a very basic integration of the ghostery-extension:

Script to download a tag of the extension and extract it to the assets folder
Installs the extension when the GeckoEngine is initialised.

Don't merge yet, as there should be an extension build with some minor patches for android shortly.

This is quick and dirty, should we go for a more integrated solution or keep it like this?

This is just to get something to start testing with. Up to you whether you want to put time into a cleaner integration. We should also consider that an integrated solution may be more difficult to maintain when pulling in upstream changes.
