Laggy urlbar #8

there's a lag when i click into the URL bar. it's probably like 0.5s or so, enough to make me frustrated

Looks like this was a fenix bug, now fixed in v78.0.1-beta.1: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/fenix/issues/8795

@spacifici looks like we might need another upstream merge.
