Can we reuse the existing Cliqz deployment?

Not sure if we should. There are couple reasons to ditch current balrog:

it is polluted with a lot of Cliqz releases, this include not only browser but also addons
it has terrible sercurity: no password (!), no users, no roles, etc. (to access the admin panel you need a VPN connection to us primary)
no one really know how to deploy it
it has not been updated since two years

I would recommend to start fresh with proper CD setup.

@chrmod is it possible to get access to the current deployment system anyway to at least see how it looks like?

The current version of balrog uses auth0 to handle user auth. We could create an account (should be easily in the free tier) to add auth on our instance.

Maybe that's even better that they don't support basic auth anymore (https://github.com/mozilla-releng/balrog/commit/a4a790256f9ab86fbf7e38ce995aea7e6c9d7d9c).
