Add Ghostery to the default dictionary #504

Whenever I type "Ghostery", the browser marks it as misspelled. This should be in the browser's default dictionary.

"Glowstery" should also be included in this default dictionary.

Docs for doing this are at https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Adding_a_new_word_to_the_en-US_dictionary. I'd do it myself, but I'm working on setting up my environment (per #497)
