Disable Firefox Tracking Protection

In it's place we should put Ghostery browser action icon.

Edit: Should we either disable about:protections or replace it with something else?

There is also the 'Protections Dashboard' at the top of the hamburger menu: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/browser/base/content/browser.xhtml#773

There doesn't seem to be a pref to disable this one.

Lockwise and firefox monitor sections of about:protections can be disabled with the following prefs:

• browser.contentblocking.report.lockwise.enabled
• browser.contentblocking.report.monitor.enabled
