Added prefix {-brand-shortcut-name} to Windows Menu #648

Description After the installation new shortcut is added to the Windows Menu but with prefix "{-brand-shortcut-name}"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Ghostery Private Browser
  2. Open Menu image

Expected results Shortcut name should be without prefix {-brand-shortcut-name}

Versions Browser: Ghostery Private Browser 2023.1 OS: Windows 10 Pro 19045.2965
