Does --api-listen work? #25

I am unable to get the API to work, i've been looking and can't find anyone with examples of it working. Can you confirm this is working?

It's untested, though supposed to work.

I just got it to work, for some reason telnet didn't like it, but as soon as I put some code behind it, it works now just doing raw TcpClient/Stream
