Make it easier to copy the finished fields #3

Once subject is done, maybe display the finished data like this:

Subject: (click here to copy to clipboard) [ subject ]

Body: (click here to copy to clipboard) [ body ]

Impossible, since I want to leverage the fact that it copies all the formatting, and ZeroClipboard takes the text straight up.
