Infer the tldr list from the issues passed in #4

It seems lazy to take the tldr list from the user. It should be pretty simple to do a kind of "lazy load" where the script will add a new list to the tldr dictionary when it encounters a new key.

Not sure if this is worth it necessarily. But I'll leave it open in case people want this?
