Alt+TAB does not take superputty to the front #215

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.ALT+TAB Switching from IE to Superputty. Superputty is not taken to the
foreground.
2. You have to switch ALT+TAB back to previous app, in this case IE (, but You
can switch to any other app)
3. ALT+TAB switch to Superputty now works

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect Superputty to be taken as active app in first windows alt+tab
switching

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Not sure, what more info I can get for You. I think this is more likely
something whithin putty as other similar apps have the same issue (puttycm).
Feel free to ask, may be I can get it for You ;).

Works for me on win7...will try xp later at work.

Try 1.3.0.6+ and get me the log from %TEMP%.

I added some retry logic on what does the focus in the last build which might
address this.

Having Windows 7 64bit, I have the same problem.

But it only occurs when a PuTTY session within superputty has the focus. If the
statusbar or the session list has the focus before switching to another
application, superputty comes back to the front as expected.
