Enable Remove Folder for ImportedFromPutty subtree #233

If you enable this, then I'd feel safe when re-importing my Putty sessions. 
Otherwise I'm concerned I'll be loading a bunch of duplicates.

Or have an option to overwrite existing Putty session on import.

Was thinking of removing the need to import...there's an issue out there to 
just auto create sessions for what's in putty.

So it would check Putty occasionally and mirror its settings?  That would be 
great!
