Ability to delete Layouts #238

Currently, you have provisions to save layouts as and when you want to. There 
might be more methods, but the only one I'm aware of is by going to File->Save 
Layout (as)

Issue:
SuperPutty however, does not have the means to delete layouts. 

Work-around:
I am forced to use the rather primitive method of going into the folder and 
deleting the layout I have to.

Request:

The left click contextual menu for layouts should have the following extra 
options: 
* Delete
* rename 

apart from - 
* Load
* Load in New Instance
* Set Default Layout
