Keyboard shortcut to focus Quick Connection toolbar or pop a connection dialog #240

Would like the option of creating a shortcut to move focus to the Host input on 
the QC toolbar. Or alternatively, pop up a new connection dialog with focus in 
the Host textbox.

It would also be nice to have a way to set defaults for QC values like login 
and protocol, and an option to auto-clear settings after connecting.
