Add Command to Execute to Extra Putty Arguments #248

Unless I've missed this one too :-S

We use SuperPutty to connect to multiple hosts via a gateway, so the first 
thing we do when we log on to the gateway is ssh elsewhere.

In the Putty Profile you can specify a command to execute, so currently we have 
to create a Putty Profile, and a SuperPutty Connection to achieve a single 
click login to a remote server via the gateway.

Is that a possibility?
