Icon in tab #269

It would be nice to have an option to show the icon for a session in any open 
tabs for that session. (ie: I have the 'foo.png' icon set for the foo session. 
If I have a foo session open, show the 'foo.png' next to the title of the open 
session.)

Just a thought :)

Thanks for this awesome extension to putty! Keep up the great work!

Turns out there's a feature in dockpanel (the library used in sp).  Did the 
obvious and it seems to work.

Enable in options, Show Document Icons

Doesn't draw some of the icons well though...
