You have to export a backup from PuttyCM.
Then on SuperPutty go to File->Import Sessions->From Putty CM Export

The reason SuperPuTTY was created was due to the fact that after installing a 
new version of windows PuttyCM ceased to work. This of course was several years 
ago and its unlikely PuttyCM would work any better now. So implementing and 
testing this would not be a good use of resources. We will of course gladly 
accept a patch from anyone that wanted to go through the effort.
