Crash when Connecting/Creating new Session with ImageKey="computer" #313

1. Create new Folder
2. Create New
3. Crash (see crash_1.png)

If you Copy a Entry from the Imported list which has no ImageKeys it will 
create them and... Crash again untill you remove the ImageKey out of the XML.

I used SuperPutty-1.4.0.3.zip. The SVN Checkout of latest Branch works, but i 
think there are lots of icons missing in that zipfile.

can't recreate locally.  can you post your log and maybe a sample sessions file 
that crashes?

I specifically added a fix for a similar case like this so I'm wondering if I 
didn't upload the latest build.

I just had to test it in VMWare cause it seems to work after the first restart. 
so i got it to work both in vmware and locally by starting it after the first 
crashes
