multi-second lag when right clicking on connection tab

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. populate a large (380+) device session database with a mildly complex 
organization structure.
2. connect to something. 
3. right click on the connection tab, notice the long delay between when you 
clicked and when the menu appeared?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The response is expected immediately v.s. 4+ second delay

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.3.0.11

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the delay in the Connection Tab right-click menu appearing is due to 
the "New Session" sub-menu being populated.  I think adding an option under 
settings to disable the population of this sub-menu might provide a workaround.

yes, the menu is generated each time...adding option to disable in 1.4.0.4
