Add a caption when the cursor is hovering over a session menu element that 
shows the URL of the session menu element.  E.g.

Example session menu element:
  Session Name: tw-test-01
  Host Name or IP Address: tw-test-01.example.com
  Connection Type: SSH
  Port: 22

Hover over caption would read: ssh://tw-test-01.example.com:22

This is similar to the behavior found in PuttyCM.
