Hi

I have the following syntax running from a batch script, to define a port you
use -P but what syntax to use if i want to do tunneling a localhost i have put
-L but when the session opens i cannot see the portforwarding

(start SuperPutty.exe -ssh -L 1549:xx.xxx.xx.xx:1521 xx.xxx.xx.xx -l xxxx -pw
"xxxxxxx")

HI Does anyone have any answers for this one please need the syntax very
urgently.
the -L 1549:xxx.xx.xx.xx:1521 works fine when using normal putty

but its seems super putty may use a different syntax to define a tunneling

Regards

Ash

you might be able to do it via the Extra Putty Args in the session.

the command line doesn't support '-L' right now. I'll see if i can add it.

That would be great if you can add the -L so that i can add a local tunnelling
via the dos script i use, when will this likley be done?

Hi any ETA to when this will be added? as I'm in desperate need as my batch
script relies on having Forwarded port via tunneling work via command lines, as
stated this works perfectly fine with normal PuTTy but we want to use Super
Putty as you can have Multiple tabs

Thanks

For those waiting for the addition of the -L command line parameter or just
wondering how to set up a proxy connection, here's how you do it.

1) In the Tools menu, click on "PuTTY Configuration". This will bring up the
config dialog for the base PuTTY application.
2) Create a connection profile and set up your proxy details in the
Connection/SSH/Tunnels section.
3) Save the connection profile with a name and exit the configuration dialog.
This will bring you back to SuperPuTTY.
4) Create (or edit) a session in SuperPutty. In the options for that session,
go to the option for "PuTTY Session Profile" and select the entry that you just
created in the PuTTY app.

That's it.

Hi can i pleasehave an update on this when will the command line parameter be
added -L so i can use this in the .bat script we have wroten for our company
which requires this, as stated this works for putty for example -ssh -L
1521:xxx.xx.xx.xx:1521 put for superputty this does not work and does not add
the localhost which checking the config, we have many connections so need to
have this vital paramter added , or is there another paramter that needs to be
used for superputty

Regards

Ash
