everything is behind supertty #336

1.  Open Superputty in full screen
2.  click on select document
3.  "select document" hide behind putty.

Also when you open superputty, other documents are behind it.  Other documents 
on your taskbar are on the back of supertty, you have to minimize superputty 
before you can bring (like outlook) to the front.

This is on windows 7 superputty version 1.4.0.4

This is only on dual monitor setup.

nevermind,  This is because superputty need be run as administrator.  At work, 
security is tight.  You can close the ticket.
