Program quits after loading anything #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Doing anything

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Somewhat self explanatory

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, the zip file

Please provide any additional information below.
It immediately crashes if I load anything, except the Actors file. Then if I 
select another person, it crashes. I have attached the error log if it helps.
