Note : add shortcut to create Question, Finding and Todo's #3

The shortcut ctrl+alt+R in a Note fires the signage creation dialog with "Request" as default choice.

Add ctrl+alt+Q for Question Add ctrl+alt+F for Finding Add ctrl+alt+T for Todo's

Check for compatibitlity with existing shortcut
