Please add a --user-image-program option to shell out to get user images #68

Currently there's just a --user-image-dir option which requires you to get 
all the user images in advance.

It would be neat if there was a way to shell out to an external program for 
this. Then it would be easy to write a little script to fetch e.g. gravatar 
images on demand.

Launching other programs is a can of worms, and you can easily have your 
program launch gource, so it's not really required.
