Regression line for Scatter Plot #22

In the old plugin it was quite easy, but made with scipy. Check if scipy is natively imported in QGIS.

feel free to propose a pull request. But AFAIK the regression line in plotly is made thanks to scipy and scipy has to be installed manually by the user.
