Sir i have added a pdf file in this section which have some tips for better health and some video's showing how can we we make ourselves healthy , healthy body as well as healthy mind as we know "Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness"

1 special thing in tips for health section button there is a half black color arc under this button but when user clicks it than this arc will be shown from upper side.
