Adding more hover effects in GetHelp Section #94

The buttons of the GetHelp section don't show any change when we hover on them. I think it should be there to make the website more attractive. @ghulamyazdani I would like to work on it. Pls assign it to me. Screenshot (778) Screenshot (777)
