Sir i have added a pdf file in this section which have some tips for better health and some video's showing how can we we make ourselves healthy , healthy body as well as healthy mind as we know "Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness" I have created also created new look for this page please have a look on it.

can you remove the option from the navbar and put a button in the info section? It would look better
