If you want to draw e. g. butane, you have after the first step ethane. Now you can only add atoms on the very first atom. Clicking left on every other atom leads to a double bond, further clicking to a triple bond and it starts over. I think something happened that binds left clicking to a wrong behaviour. I'm using linux, opensuse 11.2, and the newest package 1.0.0-40.29 Thanks for help

I have not seen this behavior, if it still happens with 1.0.1, or the upcoming 1.0.2 please let us know. Most of us develop on Linux, and this is basic functionality. It is possible it is a packaging issue.
