exporting a simple molecule like e.g. clyclohexane as vector image doesn't work well. For the eps-export case the atom labeling does not work. There is just a white rectangle. In the pdf case there are in addition some strange color mistakes.
I compiled v 1.1.1 on ubuntu 13.10 and using evince from ubuntu (poppler/cairo (0.24.1))to view the pdf.
