cannot exit correctly #736

when exits, avogadro' does not kill its pid. Afteravogadro' exits, I type ps -A |grep avogadro' interminal', I get `xxxx pts/1 00:00:02 avogadro'.

My `avogadro' is compiled with qt-4.7.4, openbabel-2.3.2, eigen2 and python2.6.6.
