Invisible small molecule in OS X Yosemite #740

I would like to report a rather annyoying bug in Avogadro 1.1.1.

The app would not display small organic molecules. The molecule would load the molecule without complaints but nothing is displayed/visible.

There's no such issue in the Linux version.
