Saving .pdb file does not update coordinates #751

Hi! I just started to use Avogadro so maybe I'm just missing it. I'm building a molecule piecewise. I've build the pieces in separate files and have copy/paste them into 1 file to put them together and get their new coordinates. However, the .pdb that is saved from that overall file (with all of the pieces) does not save all of the different coordinates. It just saves the first piece copied into the file. How can I save my overall file to include all of the coordinates?

I have also tried other ways to save this file. Such as, selecting each piece, inverting the selection, deleting the rest of the molecule and just saving each piece that way. It still only saves the .pdb of the first piece copied.
