Expected Behavior

Easily readable while using large fonts and/or high contrasts

Actual Behavior

Various aspects do not currently work well. As reported:

'The bar with the "ABOUT TOPICS OF INTEREST HOW WE WORK INTERNET STANDARDS" menus is only visible at wide-window / low magnification levels. Narrowing the window or zooming the page to be large enough to read causes the bar to completely disappear. If one navigates to the page with a narrow window / decent zoom factor, and the bar is not displayed, there is no clue that it has been suppressed, nor any clue given about how to make it appear in order to be able to navigate.'

I believe this is dealt with in responsive mode by the 'hamburger' menu, which is a common convention for dealing with menu items. Therefore I'm closing this ticket.
