Expected Behavior

Add a link to an intermediate page that explains the role of these groups.

Actual Behavior

(include a screen shot if you like)

I am not sure how to implement this suggestion without adding another layer of content maintenance. For the moment, for the move to production, I am closing the ticket, but it is certainly something that could be implemented later.
