Hey guys,

thanks for the great work which really saved us a lot of time in generating proceedings. I just saw that the links to the BTW conference do not work anymore and have adaptet them.

In addition, we created the proceedings for the SKILL 2018 and 2019 (and soon 2020 :) using your work. So I added the links to success stories.

I added SE 2019. Still have some follow-up TODO to describe how to deal with the PDF created by the publisher. Did not create proceedings since 2017, thus hoping for some input, too.
