Think of template repository

I see persons forking this repository to start working on a paper (e.g., https://github.com/erodner/predictivetesting-lni)

We should create LNI-template, (more or less) automatically generated from this repository, containing

• lni-author-template.tex (and maybe the corresponding .bib file)
• lni-paper-example-de.tex
• lni-paper-example-de.bib
• paper.tex based on lni-paper-example.de.tex (or maybe a future lni-paper-example.en.tex)
• A GitHub action for typesetting paper.tex
• A new README.md

Maybe I should use my latex template generator for that?
