Offer biblatex only - remove bibtex support #144

With biblatex-lni we have a nice working biblatex style. to date, we maintained a .bst file. To ease maintenance, we should remove .bst.

[ ] Write migration guide
[ ] Check usage on overleaf (which TeXLive distribution needs to be chosen by the user - the default is an old one)

Is TeX Live on Overleaf still an issue? BibLaTeX should be part of any distribution (at least) 2020 onwards.

Support has been removed on new branch https://github.com/gi-ev/LNI/tree/v2.0. The documentation should be updated to reflect this step and maybe incorporate some migration guide as suggested by @koppor .
