COVID-19 dashboard: add new column (Project Source) #30

Let's add a column for project source. Perhaps we should simply call it 'source'. The two common values will be 'live wrangling' meaning from a lab, and 'import geo'. I'm sure we will add additional values over time.

Added to COVID-19 dashboard. Needs to be filled out for most of the projects.
