Project suggestion #34

We need a simple way for people to suggest projects. @willrockout is going to make a suggestion box so people can notify us of interesting projects out there.

It needs to be simple, we can parse out the specifics ourselves. Visitors can put their name, suggested title, links, and a comment box. More than that and people might be not use it as often.
