A little python-based web site for helping the wranglers and others track incoming single cell projects as they are brought into HCA. The Tuatara has an extra eye which comes in handy in this project.

Field changes and additions to make database more resource independent. #54
Made a number of alterations to the database to make it more resource independent. The changes included renaming the consent table to the privacy table, altering project fields away from HCA terminology, and adding 8 resource accession fields. This was done over 3 migration (24-26).
