I wanted to change the landing page for each user. My thoughts are that they would see the projects they are associated with and any they would like to add to there personnel view. Feel free to comment on what you'd like to see on this page. Some ideas I've listed below:

status bars for each project in view
ability to add any project to personnel view
ability to filter projects in view
