Any reason to use Tilt 1.4?

Coverage remained the same when pulling b5e024a92e8f61105b5ff0952a31a37102e1c5c8 on sleewoo:develop into c5afad19c521a8149c1e3a78e130d0ecf3f962c0 on jimothyGator:develop.

I'm waiting on Sinatra to be released with Tilt 2.0 support. There is a commit that adds this, but that has not been released yet.

@sleewoo I release version 1.4.0 today, which adds support for Tilt 2 now that Sinatra also supports Tilt 2, as of about a month ago.
