Hello,

I found your work really interesting. I use the jack master patch to control xjadeo and sync lmms to a movie. Do you plan to push some of your changes to the main lmms repo ?

Hi,

I won't, as I don't have time. The LMMS "team" is not really active and it takes them months to just merge a single patch. They also took a lot of bad decisions during the last 8 months I'm following the project and didn't add any feature since 2014 (at least). So I'm better off but you're welcome to do what you think is right.

As for jack, it is a small patch I wrote in 2 hours because it was highly demanded and to show it was possible. However I don't use jack myself (alsa only) so it would be nice if someone finishes it (by adding the two missing modes). OTOH, I will update the ITransport part and anything UI related.
