fixes some small plotting errors #36

discovered when reproducing plots in BCEA book including

plots reference group curve as well as comparator curves in multi.ce() CEAC
gets order of curves correct in CEAC
plots legend in risk aversion plots when only one comparator
keep user-supplied intervention names after using setReferenceGroup()

Thanks, @n8thangreen! All merged into the dev branch. I'll move this to the main as soon as we know what happens with CRAN --- though we should possibly prepare to merge dev into main, anyway and point people to install the stable (main) version with remotes (then we can continue to modify dev as we go along)...
