Default map centred too far east #6

The map (by default, when it first opens) seems to be centred on a point off the east of the UK. centre it somewhere like lat 53.3 lon -1.8 instead

Thanks Harry. The problem is slightly different: I should detect the web browser's "size" and centre / zoom meaningfully accordingly.

The current choice was driven by some newspaper who asked me permission to use the embeddable version of the map for their website. As a favour, I hard coded the default view in order to be suitable to their page.
