added three new mutation operators namely Displacement, Insertion and Partial Shuffle Mutation
added generic LINQ methods to be used in Mutation Service
added a base abstract class to be inherited for sequence mutations that inherits base mutation class
modified reverse sequence mutation to use base sequence mutation class
