Please explain in the README how to run tests #132

There is no 'test' target.

There is indeed not test target, but some testing functionality can be run using python from the tests folder, I added some notes about this on the Readme file in this commit https://github.com/giaf/blasfeo/commit/0c318052bd6d93573f8450666cf153f8739f8b5d
