Define several heuristic features, such as

maximum difference between two time points
min/max values in component
variance of component...

I recently attended an anomaly detection meetup where they highlighted the benefits of extracting statistical features from a sliding window along a time series. I am gonna apply the same procedure to our time series taking into account the sampling frequency of each clip.
