Create new project trouble after install EasyPMD #7

NetBeans 8.0.2, Windows 7 64bit, JDK 8u51. After installing EasyPMD 9.1, NetBeans's new project wizard cannot finish with error 'javax.xml.transform.TransformerFactoryConfigurationError'

This problem is in NetBeans's bug database. https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=247192

By disable EasyPMD, new project wizard finished normally.
